8. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

During the progress of your order you will receive a series of automated e-mails, which will report the progress of the order. These messages relate to the following steps:

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DISTANCE PURCHASES

In case of purchases made remotely (e.g. via the Internet), you can return a product and we will pay you the price if you notify us in writing via the contact form https://www.katsifas.gr/contacts or by phone by calling the Department Customer Service on +30 22310 30277 within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product by you or a third party you indicate. In case you order a batch of products, the deadline starts when you receive the last product of the batch or upon completion of the last delivery in the case of periodic deliveries. Finally, in case of purchase of digital content which is not stored on a permanent basis, the deadline starts from the date of conclusion of the contract. By exercising the right of withdrawal you are obliged to return the product to us in its original excellent condition (as new) in which it was delivered to you or to provide us with clear and indisputable evidence that you have sent it safely within 14 calendar days of exercising the right of withdrawal from you and within the same period we are required to refund any sums you have paid to us using the payment method you have chosen to pay us the price. In the event that you have paid with a payment card, we immediately proceed with the order to the card issuer and we are not responsible for any delays in crediting the price to you that are not due to us.

In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond twenty (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced-repaired must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. The shipping costs for the return of products in case of a change of mind about the order or an error in the order are borne solely by the customer.

Also, in the event of a product return that does not meet the customer's requirements, the original shipping costs of the order are not reimbursed.

10. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You have the right to cancel an order under the very specific conditions below:

a. If the online order (checkout) has not been completed, you can cancel the process by pressing the back button on your browser.

b. In case the online order (checkout) has been completed, please contact a representative of our company, so that he can inform you further about the procedure that should be followed. Your order may be canceled provided that it has not already been processed by the company.

The right to cancel the order does not exist beyond the above cases.

All products returned to the store are subject to thorough quality control.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects. In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue and reserves the right not to accept the change or return of the product in question.

The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the handling of the goods other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and receipts. If the shipping costs of returning the product exceed the cost of the universal postal service, they are not covered by katsifas.gr and are charged to the customer.

11. DISCOUNT CODES

When you send your first order, together with the tracking number of your parcel you will also receive a discount code which you can fill in the corresponding field labeled "Discount Coupon" when completing your second order and thus benefit from a discount 5% on your entire cart. The coupon is valid for 45 days and a few days before the coupon expires, you will receive a reminder email to take advantage of the discount. The code can only be used once and the discount is only applied to the values ​​of the products in the basket and not to the shipping and cash on delivery costs. katsifas.gr bears no responsibility in case the customer does not use the discount code within the 45 days for which the coupon is valid.

12. SUPPLIER LIABILITY AND WARRANTY. SELLER'S LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS.

1. The manufacturer of each product you purchase is responsible for any damage caused by a defect in their product. Any agreement limiting or exempting the producer from his liability is void. Claims against the producer for damages are time-barred three years after the injured party was informed or should have been informed of the damage, the defect and the identity of the producer. 13. RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging.

The return of the products will be carried out through a partner courier and only in this case the return costs are borne by our company.

After the return of the products, the defect reported by the customer is checked and then he is contacted to inform him about the results of the check.

As soon as the defect is established, the product is repaired or replaced, otherwise the transaction is canceled in the event that the product cannot be repaired in a reasonable time and the company cannot find another product with similar or better characteristics or equivalent value for the replacement . In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the initial purchase is made by depositing into the customer's bank account or directly to the card that the customer used to make the purchase.

In particular, in the event of a charge via credit card, the company will be obliged to inform the issuing bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then carry out any act provided for on the basis of the contract it has drawn up with the customer without the company's liability anymore . Following this information, the company does not bear any responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the aforesaid contract. The process of offsetting (full or partial) credit card charges is done exactly as the card was charged. In the case of cash payment (cash on delivery - deposit), the money will be refunded by transfer to the customer's bank account.

In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.

14. METHODS OF PAYMENT

INTEREST FREE INSTALLMENTS

PAY ON DELIVERY

Finally, you have the option to pay your order to the Courier at the time of collection.

  • The cost of cash on delivery per order with ELTA Courier is €1.70
  • The cash on delivery cost per order with Courier Center is €1.70


Regardless of the payment method (via credit card, cash on delivery, bank deposit) any shipping costs are borne by the buyer in any case and are paid by the latter when ordering the products.

Also, whichever way you pay above, you will be refunded (excluding shipping and return costs) if you decide to return the product in accordance with the terms hereof. In cases of purchase via credit card, your card will be credited after the products have been returned and checked for their quality.

FROM CITY TO CITY BY TRANSPORT COMPANY:

For large volume products, shipping is done by a transport company. The cost for all products up to the headquarters of the collaborating agencies in Athens and Thessaloniki is €10. For destinations outside Athens and Thessaloniki, we will deliver your order to the carrier of your choice in Athens or Thessaloniki at a cost of €10.

Shipping costs for the return of products in the event of a change of mind about the order or an error on the part of the customer in the order are borne solely by the customer.

The prices are valid for all of Greece.

When your order is complete and ready to ship, we deliver within 1-3 days.

Whichever payment method you choose, you can choose to issue either a retail receipt or an invoice.

An invoice is issued to companies and to self-employed professionals, as long as they fill in the following information during their order: company name, VAT number, DOU and profession for self-employed people.

15. ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ / ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΗ ΠΡΟΪΟΝΤΩΝ/ ΕΞΟΔΑ ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΗΣ

Ολοκλήρωση παραγγελίας:

Με το που καταχωρείτε την παραγγελία σας, σας εμφανίζεται το ακόλουθο μήνυμα (παράδειγμα): «Η ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ ΣΑΣ ΟΛΟΚΛΗΡΩΘΗΚΕ. ΣΑΣ ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΟΥΜΕ. O αριθμός παραγγελίας σας είναι 71243. Παρακαλούμε ελέγξτε το e-mail σας. Σας έχουμε αποστείλει ένα επιβεβαιωτικό e-mail με τις λεπτομέρειες της παραγγελίας σας.»

Ημερομηνίες και ώρες παράδοσης:

Οι ημέρες παράδοσης είναι από Δευτέρα μέχρι Παρασκευή από τις 9.00 πμ μέχρι 17.00 μμ για Αθήνα*, Θεσσαλονίκη, Πάτρα, Λάρισα και σε όλη την Κρήτη (νομοί Ηρακλείου, Χανίων, Λασιθίου και Ρεθύμνου). Για την υπόλοιπη Ελλάδα ισχύουν οι ώρες παράδοσης της εκάστοτε Μεταφορικής Εταιρείας.

16. ΚΑΘΥΣΤΕΡΗΣΗ ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΑΣ

Η παραγγελιά σας δύναται να καθυστερήσει για τους εξής λόγους:

Το προϊόν έχει καθυστερήσει να σταλεί από τον προμηθευτή μας: Για να μπορούμε να σας προσφέρουμε πολύ ανταγωνιστικές τιμές, παραγγέλνουμε τα προϊόντα μας από μια πολύ μεγάλη γκάμα προμηθευτών είτε εγχώριων είτε διεθνών. Υπάρχουν όμως περιπτώσεις όπου μια παραγγελία μας μπορεί να «κολλήσει» στο τελωνείο ή στη μεταφορά του, με αποτέλεσμα να μην το έχουμε στις αποθήκες μας όταν υπολογίζουμε. Σε μια τέτοια περίπτωση, θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας για να σας ρωτήσουμε εάν θέλετε να σας παραδώσουμε την παραγγελία χωρίς αυτό το προϊόν ή να σας προτείνουμε κάποιο εναλλακτικό. Το είδος αυτό θα σας το στείλουμε αμέσως μετά την παραλαβή του στις αποθήκες μας.

Το προϊόν που παραγγείλατε έχει ήδη καταργηθεί και δεν είναι διαθέσιμο.

Σε περιόδους ακραίων καιρικών φαινομένων ή απεργιών καθώς και σε κάθε περίπτωση ανωτέρας βίας, που δύναται να επηρεάσει την μεταφορά και παράδοση της παραγγελιάς σας.

Σε περίπτωση που είναι αδύνατη η τηλεφωνική ή/και η μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου (e-mail) επικοινωνία μαζί σας (εάν παρουσιαστεί κάποιο πρόβλημα στην παραγγελία σας, είτε σε σχέση με το προϊόν είτε σε σχέση με την πληρωμή του) επειδή πχ τα στοιχεία σας που έχετε καταχωρήσει δεν είναι σωστά ενημερωμένα. Σε κάθε περίπτωση η καθυστέρηση δεν υπερβαίνει τις τριάντα ημέρες από την σύναψη της σύμβασης.

17. ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΤΙΚΑ E-MAIL(NEWSLETTERS)

1. Το katsifas.gr ανά τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα στέλνει ενημερωτικά email.

2. To katsifas.gr δεν ευθύνεται αν τα newsletter δεν παραδοθούν στον προορισμό τους, αν και καταβάλει κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια με τους ISP’s (Internet Service providers) για την παράδοση

3. Τα newsletter μπορεί να καταλήξουν στο spam folder, οπότε παρακαλούμε να ελέγχετε τακτικά ότι δεν αποθηκεύονται εκεί

Υποβάλλοντας την αξιολόγηση και παρουσίασή σας στο www.katsifas.gr, συμφωνείτε και εγγυάστε ότι:

Το περιεχόμενο της παρουσίασης αποτελεί δική σας δημιουργία και δεν είναι πνευματική ιδιοκτησία τρίτου

Η παρουσίαση δεν περιέχει υβριστικά, θρησκευτικά ή ρατσιστικά σχόλια, προσβολές προς άλλα μέλη του www.katsifas.gr και αξιολογήσεις τρίτων, συζητήσεις περί πειρατικού λογισμικού, παράνομων δραστηριοτήτων ή εσκεμμένης κατάχρησης της εγγύησης και των όρων χρήσης του προϊόντος

Τα γραφόμενά σας αφορούν το προϊόν της αξιολόγησης, δεν αναφέρονται στην τιμολόγηση του προϊόντος και δεν είναι παραπλανητικά ή αποτελούν εσκεμμένη δυσφήμισή του

Στην παρουσίαση δεν συμπεριλαμβάνονται διευθύνσεις email, προσωπικά στοιχεία τρίτων, τηλεφωνικοί αριθμοί, links από καταστήματα, κακόβουλες ιστοσελίδες ή ιστοσελίδες περιεχομένου που δεν αφορά το προϊόν της παρουσίασης

Για κάθε παρουσίαση και αξιολόγηση που θα υποβάλλετε, δίνετε στην katsifas.gr την πλήρη κυριότητα του υλικού αυτού για να το αντιγράψει, τροποποιήσει, διαγράψει εξ’ ολοκλήρου, υιοθετήσει, δημοσιεύσει, μεταφράσει, χρησιμοποιήσει σε κάθε ηλεκτρονική ή έντυπη μορφή και πουλήσει, χωρίς να έχετε δικαιώματα πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας πάνω του.

Κάθε παρουσίαση και αξιολόγηση μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί όπως κρίνει η katsifas.gr. Η katsifas.gr έχει το αναφαίρετο δικαίωμα να αλλάξει, τροποποιήσει ή διαγράψει κάθε μορφή υλικού που θα δημοσιευτεί στο www.katsifas.gr και τις υποσελίδες του, εφόσον αυτή κρίνει ότι το περιεχόμενό του αποτελεί κατάχρηση των παραπάνω Όρων Χρήσης.
