Return Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR ONLINE OR BY PHONE PURCHASES

In the case of purchases made through our eshop, you can return the products of your order and we will pay you the value of the products, deducting the return cost, if you notify us in writing via the contact form https://www.katsifas.gr/contacts or by telephone by calling the Customer Service Department on 22310 30277 within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product by you or a third party you indicate. By exercising the withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us in its original excellent condition (as new) in which it was delivered to you. Within the same period we are obliged to refund you any sums you have paid us using the payment method you have chosen to pay us the price. In the event that you have paid by card, we immediately proceed with the order to the card issuer and are not responsible for any delays in crediting the price to you that are not due to us.


ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel an order under the very specific conditions below:

a. If the online order (checkout) has not been completed, you can cancel the process by pressing the back button on your browser.

b. In case the online order (checkout) has been completed, please contact a representative of our company, so that he can inform you further about the procedure that should be followed. Your order may be canceled provided that it has not already been processed by the company.

The right to cancel the order does not exist beyond the above cases.

All products returned to the store are subject to thorough quality control.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects. In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue and reserves the right not to accept the change or return of the product in question.

The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the handling of the goods other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We are not responsible and will not compensate the consumer, nor will withdrawal have any effect in the event that damage has been caused to the goods due to the fault of the consumer or in the event of use that exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and receipts. If the shipping costs of returning the product exceed the cost of the universal postal service, they are not covered by katsifas.gr and are charged to the customer.


SUPPLIER'S LIABILITY AND WARRANTY. SELLER'S LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS

1. The manufacturer of each product you purchase is responsible for any damage caused by a defect in their product. Any agreement limiting or exempting the producer from his liability is void. Claims against the producer for damages are time-barred three years after the injured party was informed or should have been informed of the damage, the defect and the identity of the producer. Ten years after the launch of the specific product, the rights of the injured party against the producer are extinguished. If in doubt as to the identity of the producer of a product you have purchased from us, please let us know.

2. Each consumer durable is accompanied by the written warranty of the manufacturer of the product or the company that imported the product into the EU or the company that affixes its marks to the product appearing as the manufacturer (otherwise "the Supplier"). Please pay particular attention to the terms of the warranty provided by the Supplier as well as to the other accompanying documents and information which are included in the products under the Supplier's responsibility and in particular those concerning information on the safe use and maintenance of the products.

In application of the above provisions, katsifas.gr, as long as it is the Supplier of a product, as defined above, will provide you with all possible assistance to fulfill the terms of the Supplier's guarantee, at no cost to you. This is regardless of the out-of-warranty maintenance services, which we can provide you with the applicable charge on a case-by-case basis.


PRODUCT RETURNS

The return of the products should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Address, etc.) and its complete packaging within 20 calendar days of its delivery by the courier to the customer.

The return of the products will be carried out through a partner courier and only in this case the return costs are borne by our company.

 In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

• * contact the Online Store on the day of receipt of the product or the next working day

• * the product has not been used

• * the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retail Account, etc.)


In the event that they are not returned within 20 days, then CENTER KATSIFAS KONSTANTINOS may not accept any return or replacement.

The shipping costs for the return of products in case of a change of mind about the order or an error in the order are borne solely by the customer.

Also, in the event of a product return that does not meet the customer's requirements, the original shipping costs of the order are not reimbursed.


RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The return of the product to be replaced must be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. VAT, Retail Address, etc.) and its complete packaging within 20 calendar days of its delivery from the courier to the customer.

The return of the products will be carried out through a partner courier and only in this case the return costs are borne by our company.

After the return of the products, the defect reported by the customer is checked and then he is contacted to inform him about the results of the check.

As soon as the defect is established, the product is repaired or replaced, otherwise the transaction is canceled in the event that the product cannot be repaired in a reasonable time and the company cannot find another product with similar or better characteristics or equivalent value for the replacement . In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the initial purchase is made by depositing into the customer's bank account or directly to the card that the customer used to make the purchase.

In particular, in the event of a charge via credit card, the company will be obliged to inform the issuing bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then carry out any act provided for on the basis of the contract it has drawn up with the customer without the company's liability anymore . Following this information, the company does not bear any responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the aforesaid contract. The process of offsetting (full or partial) credit card charges is done exactly as the card was charged. In the case of cash payment (cash on delivery - deposit), the money will be refunded by transfer to the customer's bank account.

In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.
